Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up until 7 days prior to the event. Ticket sales close 7 days prior to the event Should the event need to be cancelled by WALGA, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders. Any special dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking to ensure that they can be catered for by the venue. WALGA does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be considered. By purchasing a ticket to the WALGA Roadside Vegetation Management Field Day, you give your consent to WALGA collecting your contact information. The WALGA Roadside Vegetation Management Field Day will be captured in both still photography and video footage and those assets used as part of future marketing material. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please advise our event staff/photographers.

Payment

If you require a purchase order number on your invoice, please have your purchase order ready at the time of booking. Unfortunately, PO numbers CANNOT be added after the booking has been submitted.
